Turn summer break into a reading breakthrough
Langsford’s summer programs make reading success part of the story. We use personalized and custom-designed lessons just for your child to build confidence. Our sessions break down the walls that are separating your child from reading success.
This reading adventure can happen from anywhere
Our virtual instruction allows for flexibility so that learning and improvement can happen no matter where the warmer months lead your family.
Your child will return to school with a fresh confidence
On average, Langsford students advance more than two full grade levels in reading comprehension and fluency within the summer months. That means returning to school with confidence.
Our personalized approach doesn’t just put insecurities to bed and improve grades—it ignites a love for reading that will last a lifetime.
(Really, just take a peek at our testimonials.)
“In my time here, I learned a lot about comprehension and how to make pictures in my head as I read. This will help me in the future and I am glad that I did it. In school I have been doing better in Language Arts and on tests in all my classes!”

We’re not fighting about homework
“Langsford is just so unique and so different than we were taught in school. It was amazing.
As our daughter went through the program, I would drive her over every day. I could see the world expanding in front of her. She would ask me, 'Dad, why does that sign say this?' or 'What's ATM mean?' I could see her immediately learning and decoding as we were going. Before, she just sat in the car and was quiet.
It's made things just so much easier for our lives. When she comes home, we're not fighting about homework—she's ready to do it.
At the beginning of second grade, she was hesitant to raise her hand. By the second half of second grade, they were telling us, “She's engaged, she's been participating much more!” Everything we get home from the teachers now is that she works harder than almost any of the students. She's always engaged and participating in discussions. That kind of leap from the beginning of second grade to where we are now in third grade? It was just a complete overhaul.”
