We help students learn to read in a fun, collaborative work environment!
Do you want:

We will guide through a training process that will empower you to help a child become a confident reader. You will learn the Langsford Method based in the Science of Reading. This instruction transforms a child’s reading, spelling, writing and comprehension in a one-to-one setting. Training will be in-person. Instruction is in-person and online.
Do you have:
- Interest in a long-term, part-time position?
- Availability 3 to 4 hours, the same time, Monday through Friday (5 days/week)?
- Excellent literacy skills?
- A Bachelor’s degree or more (or actively working on a college degree)?
- A love of learning?
- Desire to work with children, teens, and adults?

We usually hire instructors in the Spring and/or Fall. Typically, we hire staff available for after school hours (approximately 3 p.m.) until 6 p.m. Monday through Friday. During times when we are not hiring, we are happy to accept resumes and will contact applicants upon our next hiring. We typically hold resumes for one year.
